❆ When you arrive, please follow the signs from the car park to our brand-new Christmas Check-In.
Please do not go to the main reception.
❆ A special sweet treat is included in your ticket and will be offered at the start of your adventure. Drinks are not included but hot and cold drinks can be purchased if you wish. Please note: drinks cannot be taken beyond the Yuletide Gates.
❆ Prams and pushchairs are not permitted on the experience. These may be left in the main reception at your own risk. Lockers are available (chargeable and bookable via QR code at the main reception) if you’d like to store items securely.
❆ Please arrive at the NEW Christmas Check-In area 5 minutes before the start of your time slot.
❆ Check Google Maps before setting off for any traffic issues or road closures.
❆ The Adventure is completely sold out. If you arrive late, you will unfortunately miss your visit and we are unable to move you to another slot.
❆ Please have your tickets ready when you arrive.
❆ Your adventure lasts approximately 110 minutes (Just Be You sessions: 110–120 minutes) and includes a personal family visit to see Father Christmas.
❆ Only the people named on your booking may attend. We are unable to add extra guests on the day, including carers.
❆ JUST BE YOU – Carers: A pre-booked carer ticket is required, and you must bring valid ID. We only accept NIMBUS/Access Cards. Without this, entry as a carer will not be possible. Carer tickets are not available on The Adventure.
❆ If you have ordered personalised letters, you can collect these from the Christmas Check-In before your adventure begins.
❆ The Christmas Adventure is an immersive experience and may include theatrical smoke and haze, scents, low lighting, flashing lights, loud moments and snow effects. If you have any concerns about these elements, please speak to a member of our team before booking.

❆ Wrap up Warm! Coats, hats, and gloves are recommended.
❆ The Adventure is a walk-through to several Christmas cabins. The cabins are heated but the walk to each one is outdoors.
❆ Toilets are available at the start and end of your adventure. Please try and use these facilities before your adventure to avoid any delays.
❆ Strictly no prams allowed on the adventure. Please bring a carrier for your little ones.

❆ We endeavor for all experiences to be accessible. However, due to the nature of The Greenlands Express, we are unable to accommodate wheelchair users unless they can independently transfer to the ride.
The Greenlands Express: This is a ride to the deer park. Approx 15 minutes. This section can not be reached without the vehicle. Unfortunately, this section of the adventure will be missed if independent transfer is not possible.
❆ Accessibility parking is available on a first come first served basis and is located at the front of the car park. This is clearly marked.

❆ A biscuit will be prepared by the children in Mother Christmas’ Kitchen.
❆ If you haven’t already, please make sure that you inform our check-in staff of any allergies in terms of the biscuit. Alternatives will be available.
❆ Food will be available to purchase from The Diner as part of your 90 minute soft play slot. A full menu as well as our festive menu will be served here.
❆ Picnics are allowed but must not be consumed in The Diner. We have benches outside for picnics.

❆ Soft play and The Diner is available for 90 minutes and is dependent upon your adventure start time.
Adventures that start between 9.00am – 4.40pm (inclusive) can access this area after their adventure.
Adventures that start any time from 5.00pm onwards will gain access before their adventure.
❆ You will have 90 minutes available within the soft play and The Diner. Please make sure you make time to order and enjoy your food.
❆ As our Adventure runs within off-peak times please be aware that limited activities and areas/rides are operating on the farm. Our animals will be fed and put to bed at approx 4.30pm
You can access the farm park (excluding the soft play and Diner) anytime during the day from 10am – 4.30pm.
❆ Please ensure that you are not late for your adventure start time should you choose to visit the animals before.

❆ We will have a videographer, photographer and content creator onsite Sunday 23rd November and Monday 8th December. Should you require not to be filmed please make a member of the team aware upon arrival. Please also note that a content creator may be onsite other dates also obtaining content that will be used on our socials and website.
❆ We politely ask that you do not film our adventure and upload it to social media. Short reels, stories, and snippets are acceptable on mobile phones only.
❆ Professional photography, cameras and equipment are not allowed at any time.
❆ Please feel free to take as many photos as you wish of your adventure. All visitors will be provided with time to take photos with Father Christmas. Make sure you tag us in your photos @thorntonhallcountrypark #THCPmakingmemories
