We have extended the space available in all our areas to ensure that groups can socially distance.

Each booking will consist of no more than 6 people, all 6 people will be from the same household / social bubble.

As we are unable to social distance groups on the safari carriages, we have given visitors access to our Drive Thru Reindeer Ride – please ensure you arrive in your own vehicle.

Our Elves are fully briefed in ensuring all visitors adhere to our social distancing guidelines.

Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance and exit of all areas.

Due to COVID – 19 rules, babies are now to be included in the ‘Rule of 6’. We have therefore had to apply a cost for them. We have though, included a gift for each baby and a photo opportunity (social distance of course) with Santa.

As we have replaced our traditional reindeer carriage ride with access to our Drive Thru, this has added at least a further 30 minutes on onto the experience

We aren’t able to effectively social distance the number of children and adults that typically book for this event. This year we have therefore decided to replace this event with a Toddler Christmas Experience.

The farm is open, hosting Christmas events from the 28th November – 24 December. Please refer to the individual events for specific dates, times, and ticket prices. The farm is not open for normal farm visits throughout this time.

Santa is present at all our Christmas events except for the Toddler Christmas Parties.

We have had to increase the areas that are in use for the Christmas experience and therefore this has taken up all the space within the main barn. Unfortunately, this has meant that we cannot open the farm for general farm park visits.

Yes – all tickets for Christmas Experiences will be available to purchase online from September.

No. Children can not be left unattended on the adventure. All adults must attend with their children and purchase a ticket.

There are approximately 20 people in each session (children/adults). This year due to COVID – 19 requirements, babies do need to be included within the total capacity. This means each group will generally have fewer people than in previous years.

To ensure everyone’s safety, Santa will be wearing a face shield.

We are not able to allow any ticket booking of more than 6 people online. Please call us to discuss your individual circumstances and following advice from our EHO team we will look to book you on manually.

Each experience lasts approx. 2 – 3 hours.  We request that visitors arrive no more than 5 minutes before their scheduled time slot, but no later than the time your experience begins.

Experience tickets also include all day farm park access – come and enjoy some animal encounters too!  Open from 10am – 4.30pm.

No. A choice of luxury welcome drinks is provided only.

This is a rural based visitor attraction.  Whilst we endeavour to make sure as many areas as possible are heated, we would recommend bringing outdoor clothing and suitable footwear, hats and gloves.

Christmas jumpers and hats are encouraged.

Please feel free to take as many photos as you wish of your experience.  All visitors will be provided with plenty of time to have their photo with Santa. Make sure you tag us on your social media. #AChristmasAdventure

All areas of the farm can be accessed by wheelchair users and those with additional needs.  Please do not hesitate to contact us in advance if you have any concerns with regards to access.

Just Be You sessions are available to book for those with additional needs (smaller groups, lengthier sessions).  It is intended that these will allow visitors (and their families) to take time to adapt to their surroundings to allow for a more comfortable, stress-free event.

The ‘Adventure’ includes a bumpy ride to the Deer Park on the Santa Express.  Assistance will be available but please contact us in advance if this part of the experience will be problematic.

Always ask your Elf if you need any assistance.

Roosters Dinner is open at the Farm Park from 10am – 4.30pm and serves a selection of hot and cold drinks as well as freshly prepared food.

Each group will visit Santa’s magical grotto altogether with their Elf.  During their 20 minutes visit the children will meet Santa in turn to receive their gift as well as listening to stories and singing songs.  Time is provided for all to have their photo(s) with the Man in Red (so do not forget your camera!)

Unfortunately, we cannot allow any dogs / pets on site.

We have structured the experiences in line with the COVID secure guidelines and are confident we will be permitted the run the event. Should this not be the case we will transfer your ticket to another event / entry to the farm.

No, each event has the essentials to create the Christmas magic so doing just the one Experience is more than enough. The exemption is the Toddler Christmas Parties, as this does NOT include a visit to Santa. You may therefore want to book another event alongside this.

Face masks must be worn in the inside areas, but don’t worry our friendly Elves and staff are here to help and remind you, which areas you need to wear your mask.
